My entire thirty-eight year banking career has been with one of the country’s leading bank dealer services group. During my tenure, I developed significant knowledge beginning with collections and spanning many management roles. Exposure to the broad array of products and services provided to automobile dealers allowed me to experience the impact to the relationship and its profitability. My background, combined with actual experience in the management of an automobile dealership, gives me a unique perspective of the complete Automotive Finance Experience.

For the past ten years, I managed the dealer services operations function. Beginning with a decentralized, multi state operation, I led the creation of the centralization of all dealer support services into one center. I implemented system upgrades or changes to support reengineering work flows by end-to-end processes. This change produced excellent customer service in an extremely efficient environment. Also, utilizing state of the art systems, the inventory (wholesale) finance group managed triple digit growth while reducing per unit cost over fifty per cent.
